Sasidar Ramachandran
Founder & CEO

Sasidar is  Lyric Labs’ founding CEO, He is responsible for the marketing opportunities and growth of Lyric from its inception in 1998 to a world class translation services company  with over 100′s of global customers today. Under his leadership, Lyric has grown to the ranks of one of the top most companies in the industry. Today Lyric Labs is the 12th largest over the phone interpretation company in the world.
He continues to manage the growth opportunities for Lyric.

Caren Caye
Head Operations

Caren is responsible to develop and manage the operations and growth of Lyric, She has the P & L responsibility. Caren is accountable for operations in India and South East Asia. Her task involves achieving the highest operational efficiency by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals and objectives, and being a participant in developing strategic plans.

Pradeep Chandran
Head Finance

Pradeep is responsible for payments including receivables and payables.  He is responsible to bring in the required money to run the business or manage the vendor payment. He has a great team under him who manage the day to day issues. Their efforts are tremendously appreciated and have been recognized by top management.

Padmapriya Suresh
Head Project Deliveries

Padma heads the highly talented and experienced project management team. She leads and manages projects from simple to highly complex and challenging projects. She is very quick and competent  in responding to our clients.  Working with multiple clients, managing high profile and complex client relationships, developing and maintaining those relationships by providing superior service. Ensuring technical and tactical expertise in a client driven production environment. she manages project margins and ensures profitability throughout the job production process.

Sheela Ramalingam
Project Manager

Sheela is with the company from its inception along with Padma. They manage the team effectively. They do  great jobs for our clients with excellent planning skills.  Sheela determines the complete project specifications and instructions from client including preferences. She also consults and advises clients on the workflow or job production process, negotiating timelines and process for project deliverables. She is accountable for managing the client, clearly identifying their goals and expectations and effectively anticipating and addressing client needs and concerns.

Sugantha Vadivelu
Sr. Executive Projects

Sugantha is a part of the project management team. She ensures and maintains client relationships by identifying root cause of service failure if any and develops a clear recovery plan that satisfies the client. Communicating job status as appropriate to client, management and following through on actions to final resolution. Co-ordinates/communicates with clients throughout the duration of the translation projects in a timely manner, providing production updates as required. She ensures that time and costs on each project are managed effectively and monitored closely according to the estimate and negotiated accordingly with the various production resources

Lakshmi.N
Executive Projects

Lakshmi formulates and fosters effective working relationships with client. She takes care of the statutory requirements including NDA’s, SLA’s and other working contracts between the company and clients. She maintains records and controls our CRM that proves to be an effective tool for our project team. She is responsible for leading project specific “kick-off” meetings and/or ongoing production meetings, as needed. She identifies opportunities and spearheads initiatives to improve service and process under industry specific requirements. Ensures services to meet or exceed client expectations.  She prepares management information reports and essential data for job invoicing.

Kavitha Narayanasamy
Executive Projects

Kavitha works with Vendor Management to ensure utilization of the most cost effective vendors and maintaining quality standards. She identifies opportunities within strategic accounts globally for short and long-term revenue growth and be required to support client presentations, proposals and meetings.  She also leads the team in charge of lyric’s online activities.
